Historical Association of Catawba County

The Historical Association of Catawba County is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich history of our region. Supported primarily through the generosity of individual donors, the Association also receives vital contributions from national foundations, grant programs, and local municipalities to sustain its daily operations and community programs. The Association oversees, manages, and maintains four landmark historic properties: Murray’s Mill Historic District, the Harper House/Hickory History Center, the Bunker Hill Covered Bridge, and the Catawba County Museum of History.
