Full Circle Arts
OUR HISTORY
Full Circle Arts, a non-profit co-operative of artists of all disciplines, was established in June, 2000, after receiving a mandate from the City of Hickory and the Catawba County Council for the Arts to form an artists’ co-operative in downtown Hickory, and opened its doors that September.
