The Center for Creative and Compassionate Communities
THE CENTER FOR CREATIVE AND COMPASSIONATE COMMUNITIES’ mission is to foster a vibrant ecosystem of creativity, innovation, and compassionate leadership, to drive economic growth and community vitality. CCCC provides arts and educational programming that works in tandem with local companies to strengthen existing cultural opportunities through robust collaborations and original programming. CCCC’s cutting-edge residency program leverages the unique benefits of a value-driven micro-community to attract, support and retain highly talented creatives. CCCC is committed to the cultivation of individuals who seek to reach their aspirational goals and live in accordance with their true selves.
CCCC manages The GoodWood Institute, which provides a unique and dynamic benefit option for innovative companies to attract and retain highly sought after employees, especially younger creatives. The GoodWood Institute accomplishes this by coordinating an Employer Assisted Housing residency program based at Catawba Farms, Newton, NC. The residency program connects these new employees with their peers and our local community where they can put down roots. The program builds a pipeline for creative talent that makes the Unifour the “go-to” place for exceptional employment opportunities and artistic expression.
