Catawba Science Center

Plan a visit to Catawba Science Center, a 35,000 sq. ft. science and technology museum that offers a wide range of engaging experiences for visitors of all ages. With hands-on exhibits, animal habitats, salt and freshwater aquarium galleries, and a planetarium we provide a fun and interactive learning environment. Our mission is to change lives and inspire learning through science and wonder!

This space is for individuals needing a low-stimulation environment or a private place for breastfeeding or pumping. Please note that one family/group at a time is to use at one time. Ask a CSC Team Member to unlock the room for use. Please keep the noise to a minimum if possible. Infant changing stations are available in the lobby restrooms. This multi-use space is located inside the North Classroom near Carpenter Hall.

PARKING INFO

Visitor Parking is FREE and located at the North and South entrances, as well as in the side lot off 3rd St NE. Please DO NOT park in the Bus Lot or the library lot when visiting the Catawba Science Center.
